Nerdiocon was an outstanding experience for me this year, my first year! It was great to meet people that I had only interacted with over Teams, or email, in person for the first time.
The team has grown a lot over the last year, for some reason, so it was wonderful to meet all the new members who are putting in hard work on NME and NMM for us all.
The new NMM features surrounding Intune and management of the M365 tenant is pretty huge. Managing multiple environments at a large scale is a headache, and as trite as the single pane of glass line is (most MSPs have a greenhouse with the number of single panes of glass :)), there is something to be said for the simplicity of managing a customer completely in one environment.
Especially for the Cloud PC & Intune stack that is perfect for smaller organizations, NMM really is a one stop shop of management.
Feature wise, I am exceptionally excited about the global policy features - Impact has been in the private preview for a little bit here, using it has sold me on the scalability this is going to afford MSPs for rolling out standard Intune compliance, security and conditional access policies across customers.
ALSO! Can't believe I had the opportunity to get a small slice of that presentation life - Amol Dalvi, VP of Product for Nerdio, was so so kind enough to trust me to demo some real-life Intune content in NMM.
As a part of the private preview I had turned it on for all Intune deployments that we happened to already have homed in NMM, and it was pretty neat seeing basically everything work out of the gate. Layered on top of a pre-existing ~400 person deployment, it was all there.
Here is an intense, live action shot! :)
